Just wanted to let you all know that we have transitioned back into the working world fairly well. I survived being away for 12-14 hours at a time after several tears the first two times I had to leave, Ansley obviously can survive without me for a few hours and Grandma still knows how to care for a baby. Other than that, we have had a pretty uneventful 2 weeks. We have had colds, but I think we are finally getting over them. I wish spring would hurry and get here!!

Back to Work

I'm just posting a note to have all of you prayer warriors pray for Ansley, me and our family this weekend. I have to go back to work starting tonight and I am HATING it!! I will work all night tonight, then tomorrow Ansley has to get her first shots, and then I have to work all day Sunday. Ansley will be staying with Mom and Dad and big sis tonight and possibly with Jay's family on Sunday. I just want everything to go smoothly for Mom tonight and I'm nervous about Ansley staying with Jay's family as she hasn't spent as much time with them. I just worry about her being miserable without me! It has definitely hit me how incredible it is to be a mom! I am in awe of how important I am to such a tiny little person. Anyway... I hope you will keep us all in your prayers this weekend. Thanks in advance!

My little girl is growing up.

I thought it would be fun to share with you some fun pictures of Kacie through the years in honor of her 10th birthday. It amazes me how quickly time goes by. I know that before I am ready, she will be off to college. Too sad to even think about!

Double Digits!!

I can't believe my girl is 10 years old already. When I look at Ansley, it seems like just yesterday that Kacie was tiny like that. Wow!! The time goes so fast. Here is Kacie with her GREEN cake. She is loving neon green right now. We got a little "creative" with the decorating so don't look too closely at it!

Glow Golfing

The girls and I spent last weekend in Kearney with Courtney and Jake to celebrate Kacie's 10th birthday. The ladies spent Saturday shopping while Jake was at Dare To Share. We went out to eat that night with Brent and then went Glow Golfing at the Big Apple. We had a lot of fun and really didn't want to come home!!
